I've never been into jogging but I'm thinking about getting into it so I can get my cardio up when I'm having s*x with my gf. She's petite and we like doing the position where I stand and f*** her in the air but it's kinda tiring. Anyways, I'm pretty ripped (2x BW squat, 1.5x BW bench) and athletic. I was 10.73 in the 100m guy in HS and have a 38 inch vertical jump. Not world class numbers but certainly well within the top 0.1% of the general population. Does my high level strength and fast-twitch ability work against me in jogging? I notice all these distance runners are skinny like twigs and I cannot relate since I'm more of a power and speed athlete (10.73 in the 100m, 38 inch vertical jump)
