I normally could do 5-6 200s back to with 27-29s 3 minutes rest but my most recent workout I was able to do 8 with same rest and speed. I used one of my grandmas oxygen tanks and set it to 3 Liters with nasal cannula on my rest periods. Can this help my training ? Kind of like overspeed training for sprinters except speed endurance training for 800 runners? Discuss.
