Total of 73 miles on the week. Felt better Monday on as my sleep got much better.
I’m definitely a more aerobic than speed based runner but I think I have decent leg speed - I’ve improved my flying 100 time a second from last summer when I ran just under 4:20. My tempo has also gotten about 10-15 seconds faster per mile as well. Goal is to be in 4:05-10 / 8:20 / 14:20 shape off solely aerobic work by the end of summer.
Any advice would be welcomed on building top end speed even more, outside of flying 50-100m strides, and building mileage to 85+ as well while recovering and not feeling wiped. I’m completely self coached - 20 year old male
