He looked like he could respond to anything out there today! I'm looking forward to seeing him roll in Paris.
That's somewhat ridiculous.......
When was the last time someone made the team in both the 800 and the 1500?
Why are they saying Hoppel trains with Hobbs?
Silver medal favorite at this point?
and hobbs with another pr (with the worst start in 800m history).
the 800m went from being the weakest event of all distance the last many years to maybe being the most interesting! love it!!

Because they do
Broadcast said Rick Wohlhuter in 1976
I love seeing 800 times back in the day, incidentally -- he ran 1:43.5c and would have been right there with Kessler and Miller I bet
The way he fought Miller off on the backstretch was one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen in an 800
Does anyone else think Murphy looks thick?
Fantastic race. Millers surge with 300 to go was gutsy. Pushed Bryce to that 1:42. That was the top 3 I was hoping for
I was wondering when we would ever see an American man run 1:42 , with Donovan Brazier been long termed injured. Thank You Bryce HOPPEL, sincerely your 2024 season is memorable already. Strong 800m men team first time you could say that about all 3 make runners in years,. USA should be proud.

Is they tested he blood samples yet?
This post was removed.
what was his PR before? I remember him being in the 1:45 or so pack forever
Except he won't even medal in Paris, so there ends the comparison with Brazier
1976. Hobbs is a rare breed.
