Currently taking the summer to get away from running for a lot of physical and mental reasons. Been running for 26 years and it was always a wk off in late spring and a wk off in winter w usually one day a wk off while training and after that long it’s taken its toll on me.
hoping a lot of cycling/ rowing/ elliptical/ arc / swimming/ weight lifting will recharge the battery to have some enjoyment I lost plus some success on the roads and trails at local runs this fall and winter bc of it.
need some encouragement from personal stories of how long u were out and what u did and how u return to glory if willing to share
