I was looking on strava, and a lot of people seem to run 3-5 miles for each run, and run maybe 6 days a week.
On the other hand I run 4 days a week and each run is typically 7-10 miles. This week I did 10 miles, 7 miles, 7 miles (inc workout) and 8.5 miles (inc workout). I feel increasingly tired and broke down if I run more than 4/5 days a week. Most recent 5k was 17:52 in June.
