I don't know full Olympic trials schedules (and I don't know why it is so hard to find any trials for most countries if they have them), but I just went down the list to see if I could find 6 potential people who could bump him off in the next two days if they have a race and hit the standard. I also don't even know if any of these people are running. Just purely on theoretical chances.
Australia has 2 people qualified. Rayner and Robinson are both technically fast enough to pass 13:05.
Beligium has 2. Hendrix would have to PB by 10 seconds to make it as their 3rd spot.
Burundi has 1. Ndikumana would need to PB by 7 seconds to make it as their 2nd spot.
Canada has 2. Fafard is fast enough to make the standard easily as their 3rd spot
Eritrea has 1. Seare is fast enough to make the standard as their 2nd spot. Habtom Samuel is also there, but I think he's just going to stick with the 10K.
Germany has 0. Thorwirth has a 13:10 on record so he could maybe get the standard.
Norway has 0. Nordas could get the standard and help bump Jakob off but his form isn't good enough right now.
Netherlands has 1. Abdi Ali needs to PB by 10 seconds to make it as their 2nd spot.
Serbia has 0. Bibic needs to PB by 10 seconds to make it as their 1st spot.
Spain has 1. They have 3 runners all within 10 seconds of the standard.
Switzerland has 1. Raess needs to PB by 10 seconds to make it as their 2nd spot.
Uruguay has 0. Catrofe is 1 second off the standard and is very fit given his recent results.
So overall there are certainly enough people that could do it. But most of theme need to run 5-10 second PB's to make the standard, and all of it would have to happen in the next 2 days.
