Run Sunday
You should do both. Run every day and double as often as you can.
Assuming you’re still in high school the day off will help a lot. Double and maintain the off day once a week.

Doubles and I like having a planned day off every week. Some might do every 10 days, but to me running every single day, I started to fall into a "streaking" mode. A planned day off for me helped me mentally as much as it did physically.

Depends on your times.
If you're running slower than 17/35 then you don't need to run singles more than 4/5 days per week.
