I graduated 2 years ago. Stopped running after college, recently got my heart ruthlessly shattered by a woman so want to get back into it.
In college I ran a 3:56 mile, 3:40 1500, 13:47 5k.
I have been active for the past 2 years with biking and other sports, but mainly lifted weights so I've gained about 30 pounds of (mostly) muscle I'd say.
How fast can I get? Can heartbreak alone drag me back to sub-4 shape? Can I run well enough to get her back? Thoughts?
