Earlier this year I had a small buildup to a relay race that went well. After the race I took some time off. Once I started running again I tried getting back into training too quickly. I ended up getting a small injury that caused me to have to take some time off. Ever since then I've been struggling to get back to regular training. I was wondering what the best approach would be to get back into it.
Should I run short easy runs everyday until I get used to running again or should I only run 5 days a week with a long run and throw in a workout? Not sure how to build from here without risking another injury
