The training seems to be fairly individualized. Nothing crazy. They do double threshold but sometimes it’s not every weeks. It’s just another training tool. Hills, especially some longer hills in the 300 to 600m range. Solid mileage but not over the top. Living at 7,000 feet all year round. Consistency. Ripping some workouts every now and then. To be fair, they have a lot of people so running poorly. But so does every pro group.
