You have to spend like >12 hours in those and even then, the science is a bit shaky on benefits. Just run more.
Temu, bruv 💪
this looking f**kin miserable my guy 🤣🤣🤣
The best advice I can give you for buy anything on AliExpress or DHGate or Temu is "Don't spend what you can't afford to lose". I am someone who has bought a ton of stuff of AliExpress. I've never spent anywhere near this amount on anything off any of those sites though.
You never know what you're going to really get tbh. I've had some hits. I've had some misses. Ordered an Arc'terxy Atom LT for $69. What I got was NOT the Atom LT, but the Atom AR. Much heavier and bulkier. Honestly it's a fantastic jacket. Retails I think for $400. It's 100% legit the real product.
I ordered the Atom LT I really wanted from a different vendor (roughly same price) and it was atrocious quality. The body was meant for like a 3XL and the arms and length were a Small. I contacted vendor for refund. They wanted me to ship it back at my cost before they issued refund. Shipping was like $25 or $30. I asked if they'd give me half the amount I paid as a refund and they said no. Would up donating it.
I've ordered running hats, running jackets. Nike running shirts. "Adidas" shoes, Hoka sandals. All for anywhere from $5 to $30. If they offer free returns and I don't like it (their sizing is usually way off, even in their own description of sizing and even in hats), I'll request a return and from what I've seen, if it's under like $12, they'll usually just issue the refund and you don't have to send the product back. It's vendor specific though, I think.
I'd contact the seller directly thru the AE chat/message system. See if you can get more ACTUAL pics of the product vs what looks to be a generic group of photos.

It’s for when I go up to altitude training at like 1500m and I’m on leave so I want to train at 1500 but sleep at 2500-3000
i can always run more but honestly respond really well to altitude
If you are even thinking about buying an altitude tent............you've already been scammed!
