I dont eat diverse quality food, often let myself get a kebab, 1-2 slices of pizza daily, chocolate bar or 1-2 ice cream balls
Theres one thing I eat everyday multiple times a day - 4 slices of dark bread with olive oil, quality peanut butter a banana and drink coffee with lactose free milk and 1.5 teaspoon of honey.
I dont know what to think about it because Im progressing massively, altho everyone says that junk food is hampering growth
