I am a 15 year old and these are my PRs for each distance:
3K-10:56
1K-3:00
800m-2:18
I ran 3K at 10:56 last year but for some reason I am struggling to break it this year, I ran a 11:03. I run about 35km each week and doing intervals once or twice a week...I also do gym twice a week. Yesterday I did 6x400m at 1:13 1:15 1:14 1:14 1:14 1:12 with 2 minutes rest. Can any distances be estimated using this? What should I do? Am I doing something wrong?
