Hi! I have like 4-6 weeks left of track season. Done 0 races until now. I went from 3 runs/week to 5 + x training session(this is my first year of training). Im wondering would doubling help now? or would it just tire me too much? Honestly, I want to do it as in I want to train more. I run the 800, based in EU, 18, male. Endurance based with ok speed. Like 20 mpw or less. My shape is like 2:03-2;05.
