Can UC schools offer in state tuition to athletes as an incentive? I’m in Washington state and we can attend some out of state schools and only pay in state cost. Unfortunately none of the California schools qualify. My family cannot pay out of state tuition. I’m about top 20 in 5A. Should I forget about reaching out to CA coaches?

What’s “5A?” Is that one of those participation trophy things?
