Surely I should be able to come close to 1:52, right? And low 4:0x mile?
Felt fine during it but wiped after it

idk why people on here post any workout, much less an unusual one, without listing recovery. Assuming it was around 2-3' recovery after each, I'd say this is worth ~1:55. Given that you seem to be targeting the 800, I'm guessing you're more of a speed guy, so your guess is way off in the mile - probably high 4:10s at best

I think 1:52-1:55 is a good estimate, not enough volume to say anything other than that you could go under 4:20 in the mile

1:51.5 is my estimate.

Blatantly wrong.
Not an unusual workout at all. I'd have my 800 guys do this type of thing with full recovery. 1:53-1:55 depending on what type of runner you are.
+1 this
An additional factor is whether this was solo or with a group or pacer. It is easy to race this session with others and consequently go much faster than you could do solo.
Recovery does matter - 10 to 15 minutes is not the same as 2-3 minutes. Just as jogging is different from standing recovery.
