Are there any shoes be it racing super shoes or super spiked shoes that are illegal for racing either on the road or on the track in masters national or world competitions?

Shoes that are "illegal"? Yes, plenty. :-)
I assume you meant to ask if there are shoes that are "legal"?
World Masters competitions don't follow World Athletics' rules that apply to professionals. The only rule is that the shoes must have a stack height no greater than 40mm. In other words, any shoe that a pro runner may wear in a marathon (Vaporfly, Metaspeed Sky, etc) is permitted for masters runners on the track. There were plenty of masters runners racing in Vaporflys and similar on the track at the World Masters Champs in Finland in 2022.
For national masters competitions, it depends on the country. In the US, it's the same as above. So US runners can wear anything that is road legal even on the track. But many countries (the UK I believe is one) follow the same rules for masters as they do for pros, so no road super shoes on the track in those cases.

Maybe I missed understood your "illegal" usage. Ignore my joke at the start. The rest is correct.
The short answer is for world competitions the only shoes that are illegal are shoes that are not road legal for pros, and there are very few of those in circulation. Pretty much any of the super shoes are allowed. For nationals it will depend on the country as I said.
