Hi, track fan here, but do just walking for exercise in my beloved GT 2000's. I'm a bit older than many and so have some aches and pains. I bought a bunch of V 11's because the 12 seemed a bit different and my stride is less comfortable in it (higher heel I think?). Anyway, it feels like a new pair of 11's will help in terms of feeling less pounding in my feet and I'm going to do that. The issue is, I haven't been wearing my first pair of 11's for long at all, going to research when I got them; and now I'm changing to a new pair. I'm just curious regarding anyone's experience as to how long they run in a shoe before going to a new pair. I know it's not an apples to apples comparison since I walk, not run, for exercise.
