I was hoping some of you may have experienced this and have a solution. Whenever I am running or exercising (sometimes even when I'm just anxious), I feel shortness of breath, or not shortness of breath as much as I feel like I cannot get a full lung full of breath ... like it's an incomplete breath. After a few attempts at a full breath or if I can pause long enough to half way yawn then it feels as though the breath will complete and I have relief for a minute or 2 until I have to go through this again.
I've had this all of my life and it has never interfered that much with my fitness other than being an unwelcome distraction.
Is it an oxygen thing, CO2 ... just anxiety?
Hoping someone else can shed some light on this.
