If anyone is able to give a summary of their training week like their workouts and mileage that would be greatly appreciated

LOL. Cooper Teare thinks that asphalt is concrete. SMH.
i look at his training and it looks like a lot of stuff thrown at a wall. but there's definitely a lot of threshold type stuff. LT1 and LT2. a good amount of short speed, though lots of it is with short or jogging rest.
and he advocates for a LOT of cross training when needed. I don't know if this is something he's transitioned to after Hocker's tough period of injuries and after seeing Valby's success.
I haven't looked at it close enough to nail down the patterns. it's definitely not as straight forward as something like Ingebrigtsen. Though who is? THere is a lot of change of pace type of stuff within workouts.
He appears to go with a longer microcycle as well. 14-16 days or so. Not 1 week. I am a fan of 2 weeks, so I obviously like this a lot.

Can we talk about how crazy hard this Olympic marathon course is?
Parker Valby is making a FATAL mistake by traveling to Switzerland for "altitude training".
