At the start of 2023, I was 5'10.5" and 120 pounds. Now I'm 5'11" and 130 pounds. I feel like my top end sprint speed has significantly increased, but my tempo paces are significantly faster too, and I have the power to kick better at the end of the race too. I didn't change anything in my diet or add more weightlifting either.
I went from running just under 15 in the 5000 to a bit under 14.
