Hey Guys,
I am 27 years old, pretty fit, and I work out nearly every day with a mix of cardio and weights. I have recently gotten the Polar 255 as my first fitness tracker to see more about my activity levels. But, I am a bit worried after checking the heart rate data from my first few jogs. My resting heart rate is really low, like 50-55 bpm during the day and 40-45 bpm at night.I've only been tracking this for a short while, but doesn't that seem too high for easy runs?
