First of all, the cadence stat is absolutely meaningless.
And secondly, the HR stat is meaningless unless we know your max and possibly also your HR at threshold.
For example, if I averaged 200bpm for any form of exercise, you'd probably need to call an ambulance, as it's very likely I'd be having a heart attack; given that my max HR is 185bpm.
I tend to threshold at around 160bpm.
Also, when you mean "tempo", do you mean you're running at your second lactate threshold? (e.g. the pace you could hold for roughly an hour.). If so, you're probably in sub-17 minute 5k shape.
However, given your vagueness, I'm guessing that this isn't actually your second threshold intensity, but is actually much closer to race effort (minus a few seconds per mile).
