Niwot right with them(slightly slower) if we convert from altitude.
Hnatt's 9:10 converts to around 9 if you account for heat and humidity.

CBA is going to be SCARY, not a team to be messed with.
Herriman (defending champs) returns 3 NXN scorers, a transfer (Spencer) who ran a 9:06 at Arcadia, another transfer (Tripp) who ran a 15:34 5k at the XC state meet , and a guy who ran a 186 speed rating at RunningLane.
Many of Herriman’s track times are run at Altitude.
Can’t count out American Fork
And historically, CBA has always done well in track
I'm looking forward to watching Barrett at Holmdel this fall. I think he could get or scare the course record.

Dark horse for brooks 2 mile and definitely a front runner for nxn next year.
For sure, he looks like he’s gonna be their next national contender. Wouldn’t be surprised if he is by next year.

Not only is he their next national contender but he looks like their best. In all of my time following CBA I don't believe they've ever had a runner going into their senior XC season having run this fast. Ferro was 9th at NXN as a junior, but didn't run track times anywhere near Barrett's 8:43. In fact they've only ever had one other sub 9 guy, Jack Boyle in 2013, and he ran that in his last race senior year.
It will be interesting to see how Barrett handles the pressure...

I think the top 6 here looks accurate, but the 7th spot will be up for grabs for Collins (11), Galvin (11), and Field (senior who also ran a 4:28 indoor)
They have a solid junior class too and the future is bright
What the hell was that? Freddie Crittenden just ran 18 seconds in the hurdles
Kara Goucher failed to speak for 1 minute and 27 seconds after the race.
How much does someone like Ryan Crouser make? Why not join the NFL?
