Yes, you can. What age group are u?
Maybe. You certainly go faster than 4:41 but 4:20 will depend on your natural talent limits.

I can happen but it depends as someone said with your talent.
I know a kid that went from 4:48 1500m to 4:05 1500m in his first full year of training but he is really talented.
