You will garner some D3 interest but you are not fast enough for Ivies. Assuming that you are a junior/rising senior, then you have time to put down some more impressive marks.
There are two things that you want to keep in mind going forward. First, the recent settlements by the NCAA and the big conferences has changed collegiate sports. ADs are now trying to figure out what compensating student athletes will cost and if they are obligated to pay all athletes from Heisman trophy candidate to XC walk-on equally. Also, where is the money coming from and do I need to cut rosters or entire sports to make the new payroll requirements. That could mean a quiet embargo on coaches - no recruiting or additional athletic spending until the smoke clears.
The other twist is the transfer portal. A lot of coaches prefer this to recruiting high school athletes because they can pick up talent with proven college level performances. In addition, these potential recruits have a demonstrated ability to handle collegiate academics and have already worked past issues like homesickness, missing their high school sweetheart, got the party bug out of their system, and fitting into a program (understand their place on the team, the training process, time management, etc.). For a growing number of coaches, getting a 19 or 20-year-old off of the portal is a safer investment than taking a shot on a 17-year-old that have never been away from home, attended a house party, or is accustomed to being a huge fish in a small pond.
Keep grinding and be persistent! Good luck.
