I am not the best runner, my PR for the 200m is 31.23...
I really like the 200m and looking at some of our division 3 regionals and sectionals I might have a chance at making it to state... That is if I put in the work to get faster. going into sophmore year I'm really getting into sports, F.E I am joining XC for the first time. I already am in wrestling and this last spring was my first track season. I mostly trained for ShotPut this year and well... It wasnt good. I am just wondering what workouts do I need to do to run faster, harder, and keep my endurance going. (workouts, running workouts, etc)
