So for backstory, went through a life crisis and had to take Feb-April pretty easy because I barely had the time or resources to run. However, I was still running, cross training, and lifting during this time period, just at a much lesser rate than before. May, I began to build up again, and I got in a few solid workouts but still relatively low mileage. Over the summer i will have more time to train. How long will it take me to get back into a place where I can pr? I plan on training even harder than I did before.
