Please tell me what I should realistically aim for, based on these times:
1:14, 1:12, 1:13, 1:14, 1:13, 1:12, 1:11, 1:09
all 400s were controlled and I wasn't struggling that much, rest was walking/standing, last time I ran a mile was a year ago and I was in 5:14 shape back then, but apparently there is some little progress, I hope for sub5
I don't know does it matter, but after 10min of jogging I did 4x200m w/ 60 sec rest with first 100s in similar pace to above 400s and latter 100s at max speed: 14.2, 14.2, 14.6, 14.7
