I am in Baltimore for a couple of days,, staying by the Inner Harbor. I have access to the hotel treadmill, but I'd rather run outside if feasible. How safe is running around the Inner Harbor area in the pre-dawn hours (i.e. 5:00-6:00 a.m.)? Any recommended routes? Any running groups at that time of day, running anywhere from 8:00 - 9:30 pace?
