So my track season just ended today and for my sophomore season I had prs of 1;59.36 for the 800 and for the 4:37 for the 1600. Last XC season my 5k PR was 16:35 running off of roughly 40 miles a week. What should I do over the summer to be able to improve my 5k time and what do you think I’ll be able to run for a 5k in my junior year?
