What? they closed? Been gone for a few years, that's too bad.
CAC on 30th, too. When it's fairly inexpensive to get home gym equipment and classes anymore (a la Peloton & co.) and all the new condo blocks have gym/fitness rooms included in the HOA and there are new gyms that are smaller/more focused on a lifestyle (Orange Theory, Movement, Boulder Athletics) then the dinosaurs are left to fight over a diminished market. Rec centers and the Y and 24 Hour Fitness can compete on price if not service offerings. RS and CAC just didn't adapt or innovate but still asked for luxury level fees. Meanwhile, skyrocketing real estate values just bloat operating costs.
