I have been using brooks draft xc spikes for two cross country seasons and one track season (wasn’t gonna spring for expensive track spikes when xc ones work just fine). Overall, they’ve probably put in about a hundred miles. They look fine right now, but I’m wondering if I should order some new ones now before they all go out of stock during the fall.
How do you like the brooks?
My son starts xc in the Fall. He runs in the Tempos. I was looking at the Drafts for his spikes.
My philosophy? Buy another pair! Can't hurt to have two.

you can get dragonflys for like 75, so just a tiny bit more
I got a pair of Saucony XC spikes that I use for muddy trail runs, or severe winter conditions and I've got well over 600-700 miles logged on them.
I wish these companies would make a good trainer that had the provisions for spikes.
