I'm racing a 3200 this weekend and need some help on the mental side of it. I've really blown up on laps 3-6 in my previous races. I'm really pleased with my 1600 this season, but when it comes time to run the 3200, I just have not run close to where I know I should be based on training. I know my problem is in my mentality as I enter/run the race. Does anybody have any advice or tips/what worked for you or an athlete you coach? Thanks in advance for any help!
