I would do 3xZ2 and 3xsweetspot/subthreshhold alternating, one rest day, maybe lift on easier days.
It will be a lot oft time, aim for 3-5h of ssp and 10h of Z2 (easy if your legs hurt) per week. More is almost impossible with a normal life.
If your hr doesnt match the effort in the legs do some hard, short intervalls first to accustom the muscles faster.
After some weeks throw in a vo2 block of 6-8 weeks

Every 2nd day do two zwift races (1 in morning one in evening). Just go for an easy ride on the days in between. Eat a lot of food doesn’t matter if you put on a few kgs you need to give your body enough energy to heal the fracture
