I have ran but 15:50 for 5k, 4:21 for 1500m and 34:24 10k. My 5k is certainly stronger than the other. I averaged 55 miles a week and I was wondering about some workouts I can do to get my 10k down especially. I have routinely done things like 3x k at 5k, 600 at 3k, and 300 at mile with two minutes rest between each one.
