Firstly, who qualifies for each region
East-Tufts, MIT, same as last year
Mideast-RPI, Amherst, Williams, Middlebury, same as last year
Niagara-NYU, Brockport. Geneseo only returns 2 from their nationals roster, should be a close battle but I think Brockport will get the Q at last this year, as they only lose 1
Metro-Rowan. Haverford is a strong team but they can't compete with Rowan's depth.
Mid-Atlantic-CMU, Hopkins, same as last year. Was initially gonna add marywood but I think two of their top guys quit the team to focus on marathons
South-Lynchburg, emory, w&L, same as last year. Not sure how many Lynchburg returns though. Do Llaneza/Hotung-Davidsen come back?
Great Lakes-John Carroll, Calvin, Mt. Union, Hope. Hope returns enough to make a bid at nationals this year. A little fuzzy on how many seniors from the other three schools return though.
Midwest-Wartburg, NCC, WashU, Loras, Chicago. Central is wrecked by graduation and won't make it.
North-La Crosse, Whitewater, St. Olaf, Oshkosh, Stevens Point, MSOE. Strongest region in D3 by far. Platteville/Eau Claire lose too many to be in contention. MSOE is a team on the rise and should snag the last spot. Oshkosh/Stevens Point have minimal losses compared to other WIACs and should be quite strong, but a little behind the usual top 3.
West-CMS, Pomona, Santa Cruz, George Fox. Big asterik on george fox, as I'm assuming at least some of their seniors 5th year.
