No and that is a great idea for the first 30 min post run. If you are in high school, you should not think about restricting your diet, undereating is a bigger problem. Moderation is always good though.
My rule of thumb: however many minutes you ran is how many grams of sugar you should get as soon as possible and then eat like a "healthy" person after that.
Gatorade post workout = the time you should be drinking it.
Gatorade gets a bad rep b/c Gatorade is too much sugar/calories for the average Joe Schmoe, who doesn't need pure sugar like that while sitting behind a computer at a sedentary desk job.
How long are these runs and how hot and humid is it?
If the t shirt is dripping then Gatorade you should be sipping.

If you've been sweating and working, it's good for you.
I like to mix lemon lime gatorade and vanilla protein powder after particularly long and hot runs. Sounds weird, but when you're that parched, it hits the spot.
Gatorade is fine, especially after a hot humid (long-ish) run. Love the "if your shirt is dripping, gatorade you should be sipping" quip posted already.
There ARE better options out there though, especially for rehydrating after a hard session in hot weather — more minerals and electrolytes, less sugar, etc.
I'm a big fan of the salty Mortal Hydration powder mixes, personally (salty margarita and salty mango are simply amazing to sip in the shower after 16 hilly miles) but I bet $5 that they're overkill like most supplements with branding and marketing behind them. Gatorade's gotten expensive enough now that it's not really any cheaper than dedicated endurance supplements. Choice is yours!
Try the powder form of Pedialyte
If you are worried about calories, try Gatorade Zero.
It is that bad for you. Drink water right after your runs and be sure to drink maybe a glass of orange juice or something else sweet each day to stay hydrated, but Gatorade rots your teeth like nothing else, removes the enamel, and moves you toward Type-2 Diabetes. After years of Gatorade especially and then chocolate milk to avoid dehydration, my teeth were pretty much gone--not all but a bunch of them and I had to have a ton of dental work, with more to come. Not good.

Store brand coconut water is almost as cheap and much better
During my marathon training when I was consuming a lot of it I would save a empty bottle and dilute it with water 50/50.

Please do not recommend gatorade zero or any zero sugar drinks to high runners training for increased fitness or at high mileage.
It is a dangerous path to RED-S and/or stress fractures when an athlete depleting themselves that much starts restricting sugar and doing the water and electrolytes only nonsense.
The in-body effect is robbing Peter to pay Paul. it will take from systems that should not be contributing at a deficit, and you cannot consciously stop your bones from being a part of that.
