The first day is an 800 and the second a 5000, the meet is in my city so I’ll sleep, eat dinner, etc. at home that night but I’m curious what I should do after the 800 to A. Get rid of lactic buildup and fatigue B. Fuel C. Make sure my legs are prepared for a long race the next day D. Get rest and recovery and E. Keep my weekly mileage consistent? Sorry for boring topic
