The last week or so my resting HR has been higher than normal. I’ve definitely been feeling tired. It’s happened before and usually is fine after a few days easy. However, my HR while jogging easy has been much lower than normal. That hasn’t happened to me before. It’s not the HR monitor, I tried different chest straps. I took three days off and have just been running easy after that but the elevated resting HR, suppressed training HR and fatigue are lingering. Blood work just came back normal. I’m guessing I just overdid it with training. What’s the solution here? Keep jogging easy until things come around? More days completely off? Anything nutritionally I should be doing?
