I’m at the local track, and whaddaya know today a group of crossfitters thought it would be great to fill the track with kettlebells, free weights etc. Just lying around, and do their hocus-pocus workout - including walking very slowly around the whole track with said kettlebells, doing weird variation of situps and every other nonsense exercise you could think of in the INNER track, walking out infront of me doing 200m reps, totally oblivious to the fact that there are other people around, mean while you got a perfect park with a loop around a small lake rigth beside the track.
To any of you pseudo “athletes” out there. You are average weight lifters and horrible runners, go to hell.
