Old guy here. I'm 6ft, 165lbs. I run everyday and lift once, or sometimes twice a week. I can deadlift 185lbs 5 sets of 5 without it crucifying me, but probably not much more, if at all.
what's an appropriate strength level for a runner looking to keep good form and stay injury free? My gut tells me I'm on the weak side. 60 years old FWIW.
