Repeat 100s, 200s, 300s?
All I want to accomplish is getting the highest top end speed possible.

Max V is best addressed with flying 20s. At a higher level flying 30s, but it takes experience to really execute well for a full 30, so better to start with 20s.
if you really want to build sprint speed, don't even think about "repeats." You are working on your 100%. Do short distance stuff relevant to the phase you need to work on. Don't do a lot of it. Do it well.
It's not about how fast you can keep going for any certain distance, it's about how much you can accelerate, what top speed you can reach. And that's within the first 50 meters.
Don't ask for specifics on a site full of distance runners. The few sprinters who post here don't usually give training advice.
If you’re a distance guy which Im betting you are, do something like 6x50m +2-3x150m in spikes, weekly, running start, you’ll notice a difference quick.
Flying 30s and flying 50s. Then start running against teammates in distances like 120m and 150m in time trials
Here's your answer, but I prefer to do 33 1/3 meters. It's almost as easy to measure on a track and I can quickly multiply by 3 to see how fast I'm running. A 5.00 is a 15 second 100m. For faster runners, a 4.00 seconds would be a 12.00 second 100m pace.
