For a working person with a family life is 30mpw/50kmpw indeed a lot of running.
its 5 hour and 36 minute a mile pace... it's not a lot by any stretch of the imagination

As a middle aged + working person with a happy family life who runs a good bit more than this weekly, it's not that much.

On 35 mpw I run
16 high
35 10k
1:18 half
On 50 mpw I actually ran slower
