Hey everyone,
I'm racing a 10 miler this weekend and I would like to know tips in terms of pacing, fueling. I feel fit so want to attack a low 60 min time. For reference I'm a 1:23 high half marathoner and meant to race a half a couple weeks ago but had to pivot because I had family conflicts so Ive done most of my training at goal half pace. I've never raced this kind of distance so its very unorthodox to me. Was thinking of gels every 6k so two gels for the race but open to other strategies.
