4-8 x 2-4 minutes at 10k(ish) effort with very easy jog down recovery starting at 10-12 minutes of total hard and progressing to 16-20.
3-5 sets of 2-4 minutes uphill at 10k pace, 30-60s very easy jog down recovery, then turn around and go hard to the top, then full jog down recovery.
