Hi guys, I'm curious about how to structure training for the HM. My 10k pr is 34:20 off of 55- 65 mile weeks. A lot of my workouts were 2k or mile repeats at 10k pace. How different is HM training from 10k training? Would 3x 2 mile at HM be a potential workout? Also, would 1hr 16 minutes be a reasonable? Please offer guidance, if your willing.
