i am coming from a period of sickness than injury than exams(low sleep+stress) and im trying to asses where i am. i did 8x200 with 2 min rest relaxed hr peaked at 172 with a max of 197/198. i usually do workouts all out. this was a walk in the park felt 0 pain just breathed a bit heavy like 25 sec after a rep.

2 days ago i ran a weird race. after that i would estimate a 10:15 for a 3k something like that.
do these predict 800/1500? thanks any help is appreciated
