6x 1000 tempo, 3:09 average (1:00 rest), 5:00 rest to spike up;
4x 400, 60.4 average (61.0, 60.8, 60.2, 59.7) off 2:00 rest;
2x 300 - 42.8, 41.9. 2:00 rest in between
Am I in possibly 4:05 shape? I've done a steady diet of 5:05-5:10 tempo mileage, limited VO2 max work between 4:35 and 4:40, and am in about 14:20 5000 shape at the very worst (as my PR is low 14:2x on a hot day where I went through 3000m in 8:45). Speed-wise I think I'm a little worse, but my PR is 1:55 from a negative split race and I think I could run 1:53 in a very good race.
